Commercial Description:
Toasty red in color, this is our Extra Special Bitter. It's round, rich flavor is balanced by a subtle bitterness and a fragrant hop finish. A unique blend of nitrogen and carbon dioxide gases gives this beer a smoother, more flavorful palette and a creamy rich head without the strong bite associated with highly carbonated beers.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden deep amber with an orange glare with a small, thick and off-white head. Sweet caramelish and light roasted aroma. Flavour has the same with a light acidity and bitterness coming through.

02.18.05 Lightly malty nose pervades from beneath a thick froth. Lightly floral. Light and soft body. Light fruits and a mite of apricot. Light. But solid.

Beautiful deep amber with good head of froth. Easy fruitiness and light malt intermingle in the bouquet. Fruity flavor, with a dank sock and fruit punch quality.

Draft. Copper color with a smooth white head. Light bodies beer with caramel aroma and caramel malt flavor. Just a bit of spice to it, but not much.

This beer is amber in color. The smell is of malt predominately. The taste is more malty than hoppy. Has an odd, not so pleasant aftertaste.
