Feint hop aroma and crisp light hop and malt flavor. Almost antiseptic tannic, bitter-sour finish. jasonp (1513), Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 18, 2008 From June 2007 tasting notes, sampled at Thirsty Bear. Attractive clear golden with a white head. Very faint, barely noticeable nose, a hint of grain and grass. The flavor is much more pronounced than the nose - pleasant light pils malty base, noble hops, lemon zest. Crisp and refreshing. Medium yet smooth/silky texture and proper, lively carbonation. Good beer, just needs some aroma hops.
