Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a malty fruity grainy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

Poured from tap at brewpub a darker golden with medium white head. Aroma is grassy with bisquit notes. Flavor has some graininess with bisquit, cereal, a light grassiness and a mild lingering bitterness. Palate is somewhat malty, grainy and a little dry bitter. Overall not bad and goes well with the food.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear light orange color. The head was white and left some lace behind. Smelled of Saltine crackers, grass, and whiffs of pear and honey. Light bodied and dry. Tasted of fresh cereal grain and grassy hops. Not bad.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Grassy aroma. Bready, grainy, grassy, malty flavor. Medium body. Grainy taste lingers with light malt, light mineral, and light citrus notes.

On tap at the brewhouse. A solid pilsner. Good malt flavors, light hopping. Dry finish. Good, but doesn’t really take any chances either.

Pour is a dark blonde. Looks are normal with a thin lacey head with gaps. Very light on hops but rich malts. Goes dow quit nice, a well crafted pislner

Blonde-bronze. Standard looking for the style with a broken lakes head. Feint hop aroma and crisp light hop and malt flavor. Almost antiseptic tannic, bitter-sour finish.

From June 2007 tasting notes, sampled at Thirsty Bear. Attractive clear golden with a white head. Very faint, barely noticeable nose, a hint of grain and grass. The flavor is much more pronounced than the nose - pleasant light pils malty base, noble hops, lemon zest. Crisp and refreshing. Medium yet smooth/silky texture and proper, lively carbonation. Good beer, just needs some aroma hops.
