Sampled at the brew house. Flavor was a little on the weak side with no distinctive yeast. Color was nice and mouthfeel was good, but flavor lacked.

Cloudy appearance of a belgian witt, though I am told they now use a german yeast and no longer the orange peel. Nice piquant clove and banana aromawith perhaps some coriander. Nice medley of esters in the flavor with coriander, clove, and banana seeming to mix equally.

It’s all memories. Am I right in what I remember? Who knows. A wit that was ok but it is not my favorite style.

Draught. Pours cloudy yellow/white with a moderate white head. Aroma is lemon, zest, coriander, strong yeast, and wheat grain. Flavor is the same; basically a fairly spicy and yeasty wit. Decent, but kind of odd and a bit watery.

From June 2007 tasting notes, sampled at Thirsty Bear. Sort of dull cloudy yellow with a white head. Very slight nose- a little lemon and American wheat yeast. Light wheat, lemon/citrus, tinge of grass/hay. Not that tasty or inspired. Kind of thin and watery with light carbonation.
