12oz Bottle. Nice strong, robust chocolate and char nose. Rich with bourbon, dark fruit, and caramels. Soft, salty sugars glide into a bed of well-roasted coffee. Nice aroma. Pours a crisp black, lightly oily, with a rim in coffee and cream. Flavor is rich and sweet. Lots of deep creaminess blended into a lightly acrid, really sharp roast and coffee that sets up some stunning balance. Alcohol is there, bringing some of these flavors up into the nostrils. There are some lightly funky grain sugars in the back end. This is a well balanced, nicely flavored clean Imperial stout that is neither too cloying or too alcoholic. Hops shine only in the deepest finish. Nice, maybe a little safe, but a well-designed and well-brewed beer.

Pours dark black with a thin tan head. Great aroma of coffee, chocolate, and some roasted malt. Great mouthfeel, the alcohol was present. Some nice roasted malt. Really good stuff. The best part is that you can get it in 6 packs for really cheap compared to the rest of the imperial stouts out there. I highly suggest.

Pitch black colour with a dark brown rim. Aroma of roasted malt, deep dark fruits, alcohol and dark chocolate. Very good mouthfeel. Lovely roasty maltiness with dark fruits, bitter chocolate, some coffee and alcohol. Roasty soft bit chocolate finish.

Very dark pour. Minimal head. Mocha flavor. Very, very rich. Lots of complex tastes. I taste caramel and a dark colombian coffee. Very good single drink type beer. Very tasty. Would go well with a heavy meal. A big steak or a creamy pasta dish. Somewhat heavy on the tongue.

Pours black with hints of brown and a small mocha head. Aroma is coffee, toasted malts and chocolate. Taste is the same as the aroma. The coffee almost becomes to much for me but holds in check. Good stuff.
