Draught@Julians, Providence, RI. Pretty intense, lots of roasted malt and bourbon notes, could have sworn this was barrel aged on the bar list, very tasty and full bodied Lotsa flavour. Yum.

Fantastic Beer. The second best thing to come from Akron, after Lebron. Pours opaque black with brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, and a hint of smoke. Taste is same, but much stronger with burnt toast. Full creamy body with a long finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark brown/black with a small tan head. Nose of roast, coffee, chocolate, licorice, some dark fruit, molasses and bit of caramel malt. Flavor is a bit sweet, roast, licorice and molasses, a bit fruity with a chocolate and caramel finish. Quite enjoyable. Medium mouthfeel, not syrupy.

Tried a bomber of this recently. Colour... totally black with no head. Nose... brown sugar, molasses and toffee. Palate... more with the aforementioned brown sugar and molasses, lighter on the toffee but plenty of caramel and coffee and a long finish. What a treat! I could see this keeping me warm on a Siberian night!

Bottle courtesy of emacgee. Very very dark brown pour. Lovely chocolate aroma. Some roasted coffee notes. Roasted malts first off on the taste. Coffee is first taste with chocolate that is only felt on the finish. Solid flavor. Nice.

Good roasted aroma. A bit creamy, and powerful. Can taste a little of the alcohol on the aftertaste. Put me out.. is there something else in this other than alcohol?
