Light apple aroma on this cloudy beer. Yeasty with plenty of sediment. Light apple flavor and a spiciness to it. Another Skyview share.

Light apple aroma and apple flavor. Lots of yeast, and it seems wild. This cloudy beer is lightly hopped, and makes me think, "apple saison."

Growler from Skyview. Murky orange color with no head. Slight apple aroma. Fairly bitter malt taste. The apple is very subdued. A little of what I’d consider the mulling spices.

Sampled on draught at the brewpub in Superior, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy dark golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a fine film and white ring. Aroma of light roasted malt, apple cider, flowery hops and a touch of alspice. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with an apple cider flavor on top of caramel malt. Finish is semi-sweet, some roasted malt with no bitterness or hop presence.

Cider Coloring With White Head. Apple Aroma and Crisp Apple Flavor...Bit Tart and Dry and Ends a Bit Watery. A Bit Lacking Overall. 2nd Tasting: Copper Coloring with White Frohty Head. No Aroma to Speak of. Dry Cider Taste with A Very Dry Wheat Aftertaste. As Close to Cider Without Being an Outright Hard Cider.
