They called this the IPA when i was at the pub. Light hop aspect going on, with little in the aroma. Lightly bitter, needs more hops! All the brews here were all decent, just nothing that amazing.

Cloudy golden with white frothy head. Citrus, mild caramel and pine aroma. Citrus, caramel, and grapefruit flavours. Syrupy, balanced, with medium bitter finish.

Sampled on draught at the brewpub in Superior, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy golden light amber brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white ring and film top with some spotty lacing. Aroma of light caramel multi-grain malt, citrus peel, and a touch of pine. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated and has a distinct sweet grapefruity flavor with some multi-grain malt and pine. Finish is mildy bitter with a dry malt aftertaste. Pretty nice brew for TP’s flagship product.

Looking at the beer in the clear glass growler, it is a hazy amber orange - from the appearance alone, you might think it to be a tripel. A fine layer of settled yeast sits at the bottom of the jug. It pours pretty much the same color, but now with the yeast stirred up, it is a shade darker and a little bit murky. There is a thin layer of nearly white foam covering the glass. It leaves behind some spidery lacing. The aroma is awesome - piney, grassy, spicey, and very fresh. It smells to me much like some freshly-picked Nugget hops from my back yard vines, but they aren’t my hops, of course. Whatever they are, I approve whole heartedly. The initial flavor is peppery and piney hop bitterness, followed by very light malt, and then a mild citrus hop flavor with a mild bite from the carbonation. The finish is dry with a hoppy aftertaste. The rather light body and mild malt flavor seems designed to be a showcase for an exceptional hop complexity. I really enjoy the hops - from the fresh and potent aromatics through the variety of flavors and then on to a delicious lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Good, interesting beer. Bump up the malt flavor and body, and this would be an exceptional beer.

Orange with a very small whte head. Citrus and malt come through in aroma. A well balnced pale ale with cascade dominating. Very drinkable and smooth. A great session beer that is refreshing and finishes dry. This guy needs to up production . Some of his best sellers are only brewed once a year just 2 barrel at a time! but not this one, and thankful so.

Hazy orange-golden pour, with small crisp head. Bright cascade hops aroma. Effervescent and mostly a continuation of the Cascade. Palate is typically hop dry, yet somewhat sugary.
