On draught at the brewpub in Superior, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy caramel amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of roasted caramel malt, some wheat, a touch of apple and toffee. Taste is medium bodied, some medicinal/fungles-style hops with flavors of caramel malt and wheat. Finish is semi-sweet, dry bitterness with a short lived mild bitterness.
