Oct 14, 2007 Sampled on draught at the brewpub in Superior, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy light lemonade color brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a thin white ring and film top. Aroma of light bready malt, grassy hops and a touch of honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonation, with a sweet grassy/floral citrus flavor. Finish is light, slightly grainy with a sweet citrus aftertaste is quickly disappears.

Apr 1, 2007 Yellow Color with White Honey Hue and Off White Head. Very Subtle Malt Aroma. Lightly Sweet and Grainy Malt Flavor. Clean and Crisp. Light Hops on the Aftertaste. Very Much a Light Session Ale.
