Feb 27, 2008 On draught at the brewery/brewpub in downtown Superior, Wisconsin. Pours a clear copper amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that has some thin retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of roasted caramel malt, some roasted nuts, flowery hops character with a touch of toffee. Taste is medium bodied, light flavored with some caramel malt, and toffee. Finish is semi-sweet, a flowery hop after taste with some roasted malt grain presence.
