Dec 31, 2006 DBF 2005. Hazy bronze, low off white head and gentle condition. Low sweet grain and a suggestion of wortiness in both the nose and the mouth. More sweetness in the finish, although I suspect the beer wasn’t quite finished when I tasted it.

Jul 30, 2005 An amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet and slightly hoppy, while the flavor is sweet and roasted, which gives it a dry end.
