Draught @ Globen, Cph. Dark brown coloured with a reddish gleam. Light brown head. Sweetness, berries, flowers, herbs and light roast in the aroma. Flavour is herbal and roasty. Has chocolate, liqourice, sweetness and light coffee. Medium to full bodied. Roasty bitter in the end.

Nov 8, 2009 On tap at Globen smagning. Pours an opaque dark brown with a beige head. Smells of alcohol and toasted malts. Sweet and quite dry. Quite hoppy with aromas of caramel. Even more toasted malts towards the end. Medium to full bodied. Soft carbonation. Alco-finish with roeasted malt aromas.

Oct 18, 2009 A handbottled bottle from May 09. It’s pitch black with a nougat colored, creamy head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops and roasted malt, that struggles to be in the front position, but it also has notes of rubber, licorice and light smoke. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of spicy hops, roasted malt, anise, licorice, chocolate and very light smoke. The finish has a nice and citrussy bitterness with hints of spruce. Quite nice.

Oct 8, 2009 Draught at Plan B. Black body with a dense medium tan head. Aroma is manly citrussy hops and roasted malt with some coffee notes. Flavour is very roasty and very bitter with light chocolate notes. Creamy texture. Nice one!

Oct 3, 2009 Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a dark brown almost black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty and very hoppy grapefruit aroma. Sweetish roasted malty chocolate flavor with hoppy bitter hints. Has a sweetish roasted malty bitter chocolate finish with a bitter aftertaste.
