Sep 15, 2007 Bottel.33cl. On Memory, from last sommer, good head with a nice deep color, burnt aroma and taste, the bitterness was good.

Apr 2, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a fast disappearing off-white head. Smooth malty hoppy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy flavor with some fruity hints. Sweet malty finish with some hoppy hints and it has some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Dec 7, 2006 On draught at The Wharf, Aalborg, August 2005. 5.7% according to the info on the pump. Cloudy copper colour. The aroma seemed rather like a wheat beer, with some estery notes evident. However, the flavour is rather different - bittersweet, with some spicy and herbal notes with maybe a touch of aniseed. Distinctly sweet on the finish. Intriguing stuff.
