Mar 23, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a lacing tan head. Roasted malt aroma, light coffeish note. Flavour is smoth chocolate and roasted malt. Light coffee note followed by a smooth chocolate in flavour and mouthfeel. Roasted malt into the finish.

Roasted aroma of caramel and smoke with notes of liquorice.
Roasted and smoked flavour of liquroice and caramel with notes of bacon and hops.
Roasted and hoppy finish.
The smoke is too dominating.

Aug 7, 2008 Bottled. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is alcohol, roasted malts, some dark dry fruits. Flavour is the same along with some coffeeish notes as well as vanilla and wood.

Mar 18, 2008 Bottle. A black beer with a big beige head. The aroma and taste is of roasted malt, licorice and smoke. Medium body with a dry finish.
