Commercial Description: Note: Retired in November 2003. Thomas Cooper Finest Export is brewed using a blend of distinctive and complimentary malts from the finest Australian barley. An ale yeast selected for its smoothly drinkable results is added to cause fermentation and the brew is finally matured in Coopers' cold cellar. The result is a very thirst-quenching beer of brilliant clarity which reflects both the history of Coopers Brewery as well as the country of its origin.
