Yellow gold with little sediment, and white foam. Malty, spicy aroma. Light bubbly mouthfeel. Balanced taste, with alcohol well hidden, and a clean, subdued aftertaste.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear amber color with am average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium hop and toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and lively carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind for a session beer.

Bottle. Nose is surpringly not unpleasant. Honey, toasted malts, light hops. Flavor is sweet with more honey, corn, vegetal, metal. Really sucky flavor. Straight p00tzy yo!

7/30/2009: Thomas Creek Dockside Pilsner... Aroma: Honeycomb, extremely soft hoppiness. Appearance: Mostly clear, shiny golden copper color with a minimal off-white head. Flavor: Moderately sweet (lightly honey-ish) with some floral hops (mild bitterness) and a dry, iced tea finish. Palate: Medium-light, calm and smooth. Overall: Not bad, but could be a bit more crisp and hoppy.

Twelve fl. oz. bottle shared by alexsdad06. Thanks Brad! Rating #59 for this beer.

Yellow with a rushing cascade of carbonation feeding a tall white spongy head. Light pilsner malt aroma, fairly dry. Light bodied, clean, dry finish, refreshing and tasty. Kind of faded all over, but without flaw or any concrete faults.

Bottle free from Ben. Thanks, man! Maybe this tastes better because it’s free, or maybe it’s perfect for a mid-afternoon light beer on a hot day, but I’m digging this more more than expected. Pours clear light gold with a foamy white head I keep expecting to disappear, but it won’t. Palate shows some corn but not in an overly sweet way; grass, white bread, very mild hops. Similar taste, with grassy hops and slight metallic/soapy notes at the end. Crisp finish. Nothing amazing here, but a great light beer for a hot day.

From a 12 oz bottle purchased at A.W. Shucks Oyster Bar in Charleston SC, this pilsner poured a golden color with a thin white head. Grainy aroma that also carried some fruit in the nose as well as corn and grasses. I am not a huge pilsner fan but this one didn’t offend me at all - not sure if it was the hot day or what but I could have had another which usually isn’t the case with pilsners.

From tronraner via trade. Crystal clear golden pour with a nice white head that was slow to collapse and produced decent lacing. The aroma is grainy and a bit sweet with some definite Saaz at the end. The flavor follows right along. Spicy hops bite at the end. The mouthfeel is thin but overall it is refreshing, goes down easy and was definitely a step above average.
