Feb 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours super pale yellow with big white head. The aroma is hay, grain, some general sweetness, a few floral notes. The flavor is grainy sweet with a bit of a crispness to it. The finish is reasonably dry with some haylike hops that linger into the aftertaste. Not great, but could be worse.

Nov 1, 2007 I only have one note for the Amber, Pilsner and Red Ale - "bland" and I gave them all the same scores. I guess wasn’t into writing much at the time.

Jul 26, 2007 Thanks to Suttree for sending this one my way. Pours a light hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is light malts, wheat, musky earth. Flavor was sour malts, sour barley and grains, mild citrus and hops. Thanks Phil.

Jun 13, 2007 on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow color. Aroma is mild light malt, some hops. Taste is light hop. 3.2 They seem to be aware that some product doesn’t go out at optimal/acceptable to the beer drinker condition and are working on it. Seems to affect their bottled product more than kegs. I had it in a bottle too. If I was rating it…1.8

Apr 24, 2007 Pours a straw yellow color with a white head. Aroma is of light malts. Flavor is lightly malty with a slight hop spice at the end.

Apr 21, 2007 poured a clear yellow color with a medium sized head. Citrusy hop with some dirty earthy hop as well. Caramel base with a light sulfur. Citrusy flavor with a caramel mix.

Apr 19, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy bright yellow with a small, whispy white head.Aroma is light, with musty hay, paper, a slight tartness. Mouth is cleaner, but with creamed corn, wood chips, and rose hips. Pretty light, but with a weird artificialness to it. I don’t think I’ll be revisiting this one.
