Bottle courtesy decaturstevo. I love the Commercial Description: "a refreshing pallet." But this beer tastes better than a pallet to my palate. Kinda boring though. Maybe they can grind up some of the pallets to make a high fiber version.

12oz bottle. Light amber color with wisps of white head. Aroma is spicy with a flavor like sweet multi grain bread. The first few sips were really interesting. Then I just slugged it down.

Pours a cloudy lemony yellow gold with a medium white head. Lager like aroma with hints of wheat and bread. Taste is bland with weak hints of bread, wheat and a touch of lemon.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy, amber color with a large, white head. Wheat bread like aroma. Strange flavor, almost like a hefeweisen, but not quite. Banana peel aftertaste. Odd, odd beer.

Chattanooga, Tn. - Riverside Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Medium copper pour, slight white head - brief bit of lacing. Grainy aroma, hints of fresh lake water. Flavor has some good subtle bitter undertones - hint of citrus. Traces of pepper and a dash of vanilla. Mouthfeel is crisp and slightly dry. Hard to put a finger on this one. Let’s call this one decent.

12oz bottle. Pours a light tan head with amber color. Aroma is medium malt and an undesirable sour fruit. Taste follows. They seem to be aware that some product doesn’t go out at optimal/acceptable to the beer drinker condition and are working on it. Seems to affect their bottled product more than kegs.

Bottle; poured a dull, dark gold; not much white head. Aroma was really weird; breadiness, rotten fruit and lemon. Flavor was weird and gross, but a little better than the aroma. Alot of graininess/cracker, with hints of rye, and lemongrass.
