Strange brown incandescent pour. Lasting tan head with decent appearance. Bread and lemon aroma. Sour fruit taste. I’m not sure what’s going on with this beer. I didn’t care for it.

My first impressions of this beer is that is was liquified cereal combined with a beer. It had a definite malt character in the nose, but it also had this cereal like aroma to it. Appearance was a light brown, cloudy with an okay head. Mouthfeel was smooth, nothing harsh. Flavors were more malt, but I also got this lemongrass thing going on with it. Combine the lemongrass, the malt and the cereal-like nose and you’ve got....not a very good beer.

Bottle. A sour plum/plastic aroma. Lightly and cloudy yellow brown color with small head. Lightly sweet old fermenting fruit flavor. Very little body. Minimal maltiness and hops. It tasted like Swedish Cider. Not good for a beer. This will be the last time I drink this beer.

12oz bottle via trade with SpringsLicker! - Thanks Jay! - Pours cloudy golden with a short offwhite head that stays well and laces some. Aromas of grains, and a touch of lemon. Flavor is grainy as well. Some biscuit malt there too and alot of lemon. Palate is somewhat watery.. Not much carbonation.. Dry finish light bitterness. Pretty average.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with Suttree (thanks!). Poured a deeper and hazy golden color with a large sized white head. Aromas of stronger grain and some lemon/citrus. Tastes of grain and citrus. I too had some sourness in this one that I found to be very detracting and out of place.

Bottle, purchased in Nashville. Murky soft yellow and orange colored body. Large head, light tan in color. Light dusty malts in the nose, with a crisp and spicy texture on the tongue, with light hay and yeast flavors abounding, even some basil-like notes. A little weird, and a bit like a spiced ale or witbier. The light sourness at times reminds me of flemish sour ale.

I had to try this beer named like a bread, shoyuld have stuck with bread. This was not necessarily a bad beer, just average without many redeeming qualities. Poured from the bottle to an orange-amber color, with mnimal head, and some lacing. Both the aroma and flavor were mostly imperceptible. Again, not bad, but not much. Finish followed suit. If I had to sum this beer up in one word, it would be BLAND.
