Nicely hopped and a decent tasting beer, a little different. Fine nose and a very likeable beer.

Sharp, funky cheese-like aroma along with grassy hops. Pale yellow/golden color with a two ginger thick white head. Spritzy, citrus, grain tinged fore. Very Belgian feel to it. Yeasty with creamy fruit mash notes and more of that spritzy feel in the finish. I’d really like to know if they used a Belgian Yeast for this. Anyway I think it is highly underrated...it’s a damn well put together beer.

Well made brew from Thomas Creek. Decent hop bite, and flavorful but smooth finish. I’ve run into these guys at a few beer festivals (Knoxville, Asheville) and they always do a top nothc job. I wish they bottled more of their beers (and sold ’em in Tennessee)

Bottle, purchased in Nashville. Murky soft yellow and orange colored body. Large head, light tan in color. Light dusty malts in the nose, with a crisp and spicy texture on the tongue, with light hay and yeast flavors abounding, even some basil-like notes. A little weird, and a bit like a spiced ale or witbier. The light sourness at times reminds me of flemish sour ale.

SLight malt aroma. Body is nicely hopped with a good malt backbone to balance. A good session brew.

Thanks to SpringsLicker for this one. Pours an opaque honey color with a nice flavor. It’s crisp up front w/ a nice wet finish. Good flavor.

pretty tasty stuff...we used to go to greenville for their ’fall for greenville’ street fest every year and i always looked forward to having some maissels at hennis pub and some thomas creek from the street vendors. not to mention the chili cookoff.... i’ve never seen this beer in FL. this one and a gazillion others....

Pours a medium amber with a slight chill haze and a small, white head. The aroma is lightly fruity. Slight hop aroma and flavor. A moderate, bready maltiness starts to come through at the end. Just enough bitterness to crispen it up. Not an exciting beer, but this would be a good session beer.
