| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 26, 2009 Pours with a very light carbonation, and weak head. Singularly malty nose with some simple bitterness. The palate has a mellow grain sweetness and a clipped watery finish. Not a bad beer. But, not worth seeking. Should work well with hotdogs and brewery tours. 83 JCB (1765), Durham, North Carolina, USA

Faint yeasty tang amidst the caramel malts, not much of a hop presence to the beer. Pretty bland. fiver29 (718), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 15, 2009 From tronraner via trade. The pour was dark copper in color with a short lived white head. Minimal lacing. The initial aroma was tart citrus and some strawberry. Toasted caramel malts came out as it opened up. The flavor had a bit of thin citrus overrun by a hefty dose of toasted malt and caramel sweetness. Thin body.
