The aroma is lighly fruity; has hints of apples, citrus, pineapple, light bread, and mild sugary tea. Taste starts with a light citrus bitterness, quickly opens up to show bitter caramel, sweet sticky bread/toffee, and wet grains. Finishes medium dry and with a good amount of malty bitterness. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, somewhat thin. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

Some citrus smell to this one but some malts also (my notes say wet hay). The flavor was hoppy with some citrus standing out. Light body and a watery texture. gsmitty80 (653), Washington DC, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 1, 2005 The beer pours a dark orange with a moderate head. A very faint malty aroma and very hard to describe what if anything I smell. The flavor is somewhat malty with some walnuts, oats, and a hint of citrus bitterness. The body is a bit thin but it does leave a hint of hoppiness on the tounge. Overall its standard session stuff but not too bad either shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA
