A really bad idea. Yellow fizzy thing with no head. Vanilla extract in the aroma. Sweet and bland with a cheap vanilla aftertaste. Like cream soda but bad.

Sample at the Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Poured a clear yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma of malt and vanilla. Flavor was weak, with a malty note. Body was not creamy like the beer might suggest.

Sampled at the 12th Annual Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Light yellow, slightly cloudy, even sweet light malt aroma. Creamy citrus body with a hint of vanilla.

This beer has a creamy mouthfeel and a predominate taste of oranges. There is a good malt background and just a hint of a vanilla flavor.

Bottle: Pale golden hue with a nice frothy head and some lace. The nose shows vanilla beans, crystal malt, some obscure fruit esters and a whole lot of medicinal vapours. The taste is a fake vanilla over syrupy sweet malts with a quick but subdued fruit tone. The mouth feel is soft and cardboardy, dry and bland. BLAH BARF YUCK, you get the point. Again, how is this brewery still in business?

Bottle from secret santa. Thanks! Yellow pour, white head that faces to a ring of lace around the outer edge. Sweet, grainy aroma with a touch of vanilla. Light bodied sweetness, touch of vanilla, and some graininess in the flavor. Finish is slightly sour. Thanks, Santa!
