(bottle - 12 oz) Very clear light gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is very, very mild with the lightest hint of vanilla. Some malts though. Flavor begins with a very mild and balanced caramel malt and vanilla middle. Some smooth vanilla hint at the end that mixes with the dry malt and grassy notes.

12oz bottle from once upon a vine south. pours a very light, clear, yellow-gold with a thin, bubbly, white head and decent lacing. aroma is solid but mild with notes of lemon zest, dandelion, hay, toasted malts, and the slightest hint of sweet vanilla extract. flavor is much of the same with dry, grassy, grainy pilsner notes with slight touches of spicy hops, lemon pith, bicuity malts, and very mild vanilla bean. palate is crisp and highly carbonated but very light bodied and cloying. overall, a decent idea but just the slightest step up from the BMC crap.

On draught at the High Country Beer Fest, it pours clear straw with a non-retentive fizzy head. I could stretch for vanilla extract in the nose if I had to. The flavors are very bland grains with a vanilla-hued essence just after the finish, which is a curt, lackluster, simpleton cut of carbonation. Thin texture and light-bodied, this was not a shining moment in my sampling experience.

Pours a translucent light yellow with a thin frothy white head. The nose is sweet, fake vanilla, grassy, bready. Flavor is sweet and grassy, fake vanilla. Cloying. Not too much fun.

Appearance: Pours a clear, pale yellow body with a small-sized, white head. Smell: Sweet-scented vanilla additive amongst light pilsner malt notes and some spicy-minded hop accents. Taste: Sweetish pale malts and lightly grainy pils come together with a taste of vanilla flavoring. Spicy hop character with a medium amount of bitterness. Small hint of citrus. Light bitterness and final taste of vanilla in the dry, crisp finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation. Drinkability: An acceptable, generally easy-drinking beer, but, for me, the gimmick wears a bit thin halfway through the bottle.

Sampled at World Beer Festival in Raleigh NC - this beer poured a golden yellow - not a whole lot to the the aroma - maybe a hint of vanilla? Taste is the same - not much there. Easy to drink but don’t expect too much from this pretty mild beer.

crisp, clean and smooth. so smooth in fact that I think they forgot to add flavor. I don’t taste vanilla or malt or anything other than a slight sugary grain. Not worth the time it took to drink.

A really bad idea. Yellow fizzy thing with no head. Vanilla extract in the aroma. Sweet and bland with a cheap vanilla aftertaste. Like cream soda but bad.
