Commercial Description:
Truly the local favorite: Our American Pale Ale is a consistent First Place winner of the annual Hartford Advocate Best of Hartford Reader's Poll award for Best Micro Brew Beer. This extremely vivid ale stresses a crisp hop bitterness, lingering flavor and the aroma of distinctive West Coast ales. A caramel sweetness in the malt balances out the chock-full-of-hops flavor to yield a complex but quite refreshing, medium-bodied brew.

Golden/orange pour with creamy white head and lace. Nice piney hop aroma dominates. Very malty with medium hops flavor. Just a tad thin and foamy but a very nice drinker none the less.

My Million Beer March Tasting. Sample from a bottle shared by me thanks to Cletus. Dark amber orange with a thin off white head. Aroma is caramel, lightly herbal hops. Taste is a thin caramel body, light citrus, herbal hop finish.

Nothing particluarly complicated here - it’s a nice hoppy pale, with a thinnish body. Very easy to drink and satsifying.

Pretty boring redish ale. Nothing special here. Pours with little to no head. drinkable but not very flavourful.

The aroma is malty and sweet with citrus and grassy hops. There is also grain husks and a touch of fruit. The appearance is amber with a small head. I like the color but this is a pale ale! The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth and thick. Overall I like it but its not great.

not too much too talk about, smells weak, taste bland but highly fizzy, not much on the malt yet a little on the hops. barley worth your time.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Head quickly recedes to hug rim. Spicy grapefruit aromas. Sweet caramel and pine hops throughout. Well balanced but a little flat and watery.

An accessible version of the the APA that wasn’t quite West Coast in the hop bill. Lacked strength, body and aroma. Thin malty body. Amber in color.
