Commercial Description:
This lighter style brew is a brilliant gold, clean cream ale. Fermented at lower temperatures for a smooth flavor that comes from the perfect balance of subtle malt sweetness and delicate English and American hop crispness. Very flavorful and drinkable.

This is a very enjoyable and smooth cream ale. It pours a bright and clear golden color with, at first, a generous and fluffy white head. But the foam fizzles very quickly to just a mere rim around the top of the beer. The aroma has notes of barley, hay, grass, honey and fruit. The body is pretty average and a little on the medium-strength side. The flavors, as mentioned, are enjoyable and smooth, with tones of light hops, honey, grass, earth and grains. The finish is very smooth and creamy. It’s definitely a drinkable beer, but could use a bit more flavor and substance.

Bottle from JJPM74, thanks John! Bright gold pour with a frothy but short lived white foam. Nice malty nose with some fruity notes and some hops....a little bit of hay. Tastes of sweet malts, honey, some weak hops, sweet grains. Creamy, easy to drink a few of these. Thanks John!

This pours to a very nice head that is cloudy and fluffy and bit surprising. It has avery malty and almost stank aroma though. It nearly tastes like a lager with slight hints of citrus.

On tap at Lyman Orchards. Pours a golden color with a medium head. Palate features prickly carbonation, and medium-light thickness. Flavors of citrus, cereal, hops, and a little sweetness. Really refreshing, and the flavors are surprisingly tasty for a light ale.

For a Blonde, this was nice. Straw yellow color. No head. Mild aroma of sweet malts. Crisp. Medium body. Sugary sweetness with cereal grains, malts, and a minor hoppy bite at the end.

Bottle from jjpm. Aroma of light sweet malts, a little corn, and a crisp hop profile. Light golden color with almost no head. Some suspended particles in the liquid. Flavor is light and clean. Light grain, some mild corn sugar sweetness, and a crisp finish. A little lingering adjunct like sweetness. There is nothing complex about this one, but there really isn’t anything wrong with it either. I kind of have a soft spot in my heart for Cream Ales for some strange reason too. I usually enjoy them, at least a little.
