Good clean hoppy flavor - there’s a delicate light toasty base finishing with a slightly limey, leafy finish. A well-made, appreciable beer. 1FastSTi (2560), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 19, 2006 Thanks Chuck. The beer pours to a clear golden body with a thin white head. The aroma is malty with a light sourdough and grains. The flavor is quite nice and fulfilling with nicely toasted malts. Nice crisp palate that is slightly drying. Some nice fresh hop character in the aroma. Light citrus and grass. Okay aroma. Stale-ish macro grains with some crisp hop backing. Okay... light but decent. MIBRomeo (1965), Wisconsin, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 11, 2006 Pours light golden with a mostly receding white head. Aroma of sweet biscuity malt, bread dough, and honey. Taste is lightly sweet bready malt, biscuit, and very mild hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a very slight stickiness and soft carbonation. Not bad, but not impressive in any way. One of the better cream ales I’ve had, good fermentation characteristics, I just would have liked a little more body and hops. tbookman (618), Ephrata, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 1, 2006 Hazy straw color - thin head. Aroma is slighlt lemony, with notes of bread and wheat. Flavor is thin, with notes of bread, lemon,a hint of vanilla and pepper. Finishes fairly clean. It has a fairly creamy texture, but still seems a bit thin. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 26, 2006 This one is pretty light and some creamy texture to it with a nice subtle blend of bitter tones and malty sweetness but has nothing over the top. It didn’t occur to me this was a Cream Ale until I saw the description.
