| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 29, 2009 Can… Pours clear and lightly golden with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Decent retention. Smells just like a watermelon Jolly Rancher - very cool, as I happen to be a fan of watermelon Jolly Ranchers. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor offers pale grains with only a hint of watermelon. Finishes crisp and mildly sweet. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 21, 2008 Pours caramel. Smells of light watermelon. Tastes of sweet malt, light watermelon, some earthy hints and a tea like finish. Decent as a summer quaffer. Rciesla (3830), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Dec 2, 2009 Bottle. Pours a pink gold body with a thin white head. Candy like sweetness, grainy fruit body, green white end of watermelon, missing the lush fruit skin of the fleshy pink body. Thin simple, nothing special. egajdzis (3638), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 13, 2009 [Draft @ Northside] Poured a clear, dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of watermelon jolly ranchers, and a bit of honey. Quite sweet, more watermelon candy, citrus, toast, and a sweeter honey finish daknole (3027), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jul 29, 2009 Bottle from Knightly Spirits. Light red pour. Aroma smells just like a watermelon jolly rancher mixed with some light beer. Flavor is odd. Artificial watermelon, too much carbonation and not a good malty note. Didn’t enjoy it. Not at all. Poured it out. michael-pollack (2733), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 18, 2009 12oz. Bottle: Sweet aroma of watermelon, like a watermelon Jolly Rancher. Poured amber/pink in color with a small, white head that lasted around the edges. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Flavor is very sweet. Tastes of watermelon, pale malts, and wheat. Cloying sweetness. Light body. Slightly chalky, thin texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, watermelon finish lingers. nick76 (2684), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 4, 2009 The aroma has both malt and watermelon candy. The appearance is hazy light amber with an average sized head. The flavor is like the aroma with both good and bad elements. The palate is smooth. Overall I want to like it because the watermelon is "strangely refreshing" but it’s also artificial and not a lot like beer. If you want something different this is it. unclemattie (2438), Georgia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 6, 2009 12oz bottle, Knightly Spirits. Now I’ve had 3 Watermelon beers before this one. All have been made with watermelon juice. This one is straight up Jolly Rancher! Pink in color just like the candy. Aroma just like the candy. Flavor is a liquid version of the candy. Thin bodied, light fizz. I really have to keep this one away from my 8 year old. mmm, candy.
