Pleasant fruity citrus hop aroma with a touch of floral honey sweetness, full bodied in the mouth with solid hops and muted malt sweetness battling against the building bitterness which lingers and dominates in the finish

Nov 19, 2009 Bottle from Utobeer market stall. Pours a golden amber with a white head which soon vanishes. Aromas of ginger, vanilla, grapefruit, caramel, some malts. Flavours of caramel, citrus, apples, barley sugars. Extremely nice, heavy hop finish. Very refreshing.

Nov 17, 2009 Clear golden coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of english hops, metal, apples and a touch of piney cleanser. Light-bodied; Sharp acidic flavour of vinegar, pears, light malt and a bunch of very low alpha acid english kent hops. Aftertaste shows some good characteristics, but the strength of flavours remains subtle. Overall, a nice beer to try, even though I’ve been holding onto it for a while and have seen it at a lot of stores around the world. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from the Utobeer Market Stall in London (Borough), England on 29-November-2008, sampled at home in Washington on this side of the pond on 17-November-2009.

Nov 13, 2009 ( 500ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours cloudy yellow with great lacing and a nice oily head. Nose is celery, light hops. Taste is very bitter oils, offensive. Finishes very bitter citrus but a nice oily body here.

Oct 22, 2009 Bottle from bu11zeye. The smell is decent hoppiness, caramel, malts, pine, and some fruits. The look is some cloudiness, a light white head, and golden in color. The taste is sweet, light bitterness, and fruits.
