Pours pale orangey golden with a fine, firm, fat, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has light metal, lots of oranges, toffee, light raspberries, light yeast. Lowish carbonation, rather fat mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, heavy toffee, some pineapple, oranges and lots of apple. Light viniousness. Just a tad too fat and cloying for its own good.

Dark honey-golden color, medium-sized white head. Aroma of rasberries, grass, metal and fruityness. Same odd rasberry is in the flavor. Also grainy, grassy and sweet fruity (apple). Watery finish. Out of balance Belgian ale. Bottle could be a bit more fresh too.

Mar 13, 2009 (Bottled) Hazy golden with a small head. Caramely-malty aroma with lots of raspberry fruitiness, and hints of honey. Fruity, dryish raspberry flavor with caramely, grainy maltiness. Hides the alcohol completely. Medium body with soft carbonation. A simple, but quite pleasant strong ale with a raspberry twist.
