Aroma: Nice rye malt this was filled with rye/nut aroma.
Appearance: Dark amber in color, Clear with a light head.
Flavor: This had a big malt flavor the rye and other malts came out strong. Thick chewy beer.
Palate: Dry RYE Finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: This was a beer that packed a punch with the malt and added flavors. A very tasty brew.

Draft at Bailey’s. Lovely little rye bomb in the APA range of thirst-quenchiness. Pours a bright medium gold with plenty of a rising carb and a little hand-wave in the general direction of a creamy white head that might show up in future batches. Decent lacing, though--they didn’t skimp on the malt bill here. Nice big medium-dark rye bread, salty sour, and crisp piney hops nose. Bright, clean, crisp, medium body. Plenty of flavor; good rye, then nuts and toast with light salty sourness, and finally some light resiny hop to tie it all together. Crisp and refreshing, one of the more drinkable ryes I’ve had in quite a while. Good, good stuff.

Thanks to Flem for this nice brew--Poured a hazy brown-amber body with a mild whitish head. Great Rye and hops play in the nose. English yeastiness in the background. This beer was robust and mild at the same time. Not too bad at all.
