Jun 26, 2009 on tap at the fff brewpub. pours a amber color with a thin white head. The smell is hoppy and citrusy. flavor is nice and sweet with a smooth mouth feel it finishes with a nice bitter hop ending. Very nicely banlanced.

Jun 23, 2009 Bottle. Poured a deep amber color with a small off-white head. Nose is dominated by hoppy grapefruit and pine notes. Medium bodied, slightly oily with soft carbonation. Flavor is sweet caramel malt with grassy hop notes with almost a cider feel. Finishes sweet and slightly bitter. Big thanks to cexshun and bulldogp04 for sending these!

Jun 22, 2009 Aroma: mild, slightly sweet malts, flowers. butter, caramel. Appearance: translucent, light golden amber, thin white head. Flavor: light malt, minimal bitterness, creamy, light caramel. Palate: smooth, soft, creamy, slow fade finish. Overall: a nice creamy, soft beer with a nice balance of subtle malts and slight bitterness. Used to much heavier styles (I’m a huge barleywine fan) so the subtleties of this beer may have been lost on me....

Jun 22, 2009 Botlle. Clear deep amber with a dense and lacing off white head. Aromas of caramel, flowers, grass and lots of fruit. Flavour of malt, grapefruit, pine, caramel, chewy toffee and a lovely bitter hoppy backbone. Well balanced.

Jun 21, 2009 Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Amber beer with a thin, off white head. Aroma of flora hops, citrus, malt. Extremely well balanced and lively flavor with malt, citrus, and hops all prominent. Refreshing mouthfeel. A very good pale ale.

Pours clear redish copper with a fine, small, creamy, off-white head. Nice duration. Lovely hoppy aroma. Grassy, grapefruit, lemons, melons, apple and pine. slight caramel malty base. Low carbonation, dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is extremely well-balanced between malty sweetness and fruity hops. Pine, grass, hay, grapefruit, apricot. Lovely, long, lingering fruity bitterness.

Jun 20, 2009 Reddish copper color, thick creamy head. Floral-perfume aroma and flavor. Moderate malt flavor, low malt aroma. I don’t see this as a hop lovers pale ale, but it is nicely done.

Jun 19, 2009 Slightly cloudy with a lasting off-white head, leaving some lacing. Citrus and pine hops in the nose, with caramel malty sweetness and a hint of green tobacco. Dry hoppy flavour with some malt, and intense bitterness.
