355 mL courtesy of tjthresh.

Pours a clear reddish amber with a two-finger tan, rocky head that leaves okay lacing. Aroma is huge caramel, butterscotch candy, strawberry cheesecake, honey, blueberries. Taste is not what I was expecting at all. Instead of a hop bomb or citrus, juicy body, this is more like rich blackberry and cranberry pie. The hops here are spicy, sweet, and balancing rather than the primary character of the beer. As it warms the 6% starts to show through. Nice chewy, syrupy mouthfeel. This is very yummy, novel, but not the ultimate APA I was expecting.

bottle, pours deep carmel color with a medium light tan head. Really nice hop aroma of grapefruit, lime skins, and pine needles. Flavor is just awesome. This is what a pale ale should be. Dry, hoppy, just enough malt character to balance the bitterness. Almost bittersweet in the finish. Slightly toasty in nature. All around good, and the finish is so nice that it’s really hard not to gulp this stuff.

12oz single from Capone’s Bottle Shop, Norristown, PA...pours DEEP amber, off white head...piney resin aroma with orange, apricot and hops...all of this carries over into the flavor, citrusy...oily mouthfeel...how is this only an APA...this is a BIG APA...not big on alcohol, but big on favor, body, and character...awesome.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with a white head that clings to the glass. Citrus hop aroma. Strong grapefruit and hops flavor. Clean finish. Nice beer that goes down easy.

Citrusy aroma that makes you ask, "Is this really beer?" The body is just a shade above water. When I first tasted it I asked, "Is this really beer? Or is this grapefruit juice?" Very very grapefruity which is by no means my cup of tea. Or beer for this matter...

Bottle courtesy of DA from Fever. Thanks! Surprisingly cloudy brown pour. Looks like apple cider. I want to say that there’s a bit of honey in the scent, along with some definite hoppiness. Smells like an IPA without the hop bitterness.

Man, I wish this was available locally. Dark, reddish pour from bottle. Citrus, lemon zest nose. Big taste of grapefruit and smoked wood. Smooth finish. Super!

(Cask at Chelsea Cask Festival) Deep amber colour and and almost clear. Small white head. Hops, fruitiness and malts in aroma. Medium bodied palte with little carbonation. Malts, hops, fruitiness, citricness, sea water and bitterness in taste. Hops and bitterness in aftertaste. Very good one.
