| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Oct 3, 2009 Bottle. Pours a dark amber with a lasting light brown head that laced nicely. Aroma is full of hops giving both a pine forest note as well as citrus rinds. Flavor begins with citrus bang and finishes with a light piney note. Goes down amazingly smooth. My favorite APA. jbye4334 (684), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Sep 30, 2009 Great, complex blend of hops - pine, citrus, and earthiness. This is the best pale ale I’ve ever had. So smooth, but flavorful and full-bodied. I could - and would - drink this all day if I could get my hands on it more often. stobbe74 (700), Denmark

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 26, 2009 Pours an amber-brown with a small ivory head. Aroma is nicely hoppy with a good floral bouquet. Malts come through too in the aroma. Yes, this flavor is delicious! Much citrusy, crisp hops throughout. Citric acid and floral flavors as well, with a solid malt backdrop. Creamy mouthfeel, crisp finish sets you up for the next sip. I never thought it would be possible to give a pale ale this high a rating, but this is easily the best APA I’ve ever had. Overall, world class. Thanks, 3 Floyds.
