Commercial Description:
Alpha Klaus is Alpha King’s cousin. A big American X-mas Porter brewed with English chocolate malt and Mexican sugar and of course tons of strange American hops! Cheers.

A black beer with a fine tan head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with notes of coffe, citrus, and oranges. The flavor is dominated by hops combined with notes of coffee and chocolate. A wonderful beer. Thanks to Mads Berg for sharing this one.

(Bottle 65 cl) Completely black and opaque with a handsome and frothy, light brown head - sort of shaving foam style. Aroma of roasted malt and vanilla. Fairly light body with notes of lightly burned malt and also vanilla in the flavour. Dry, burned, lightly bitter finish. Pleasant. 061006

Bottled from growler, thanks hopsrus!!
Black, not much head. Tarry aroma. Overwhelmingly velvetty soft maltiness. Richly fruity and chocolatey. Well balanced sweetness and a salty, bitter finish. Possibly the best porter I've ever had!

Dark brown; aroma of chocolate malt. Sweet. Soft malty palate. Thick, viscous body. One of the better examples of traditional-style porter.
