Bomber from pantanap - thanks, Kan!! Shared among friends, and a good thing given the abv. Nice amber color, with a decent head and a pretty lively carbonation. The aroma is extreeeeeemely boozy, almost off-puttingly so. But the flavor redeems this brew, with the expected sweet candied malts combining with a deep apple cider taste to make for a powerful combo. Enjoyable and more complex than I expected, but still a bit too much.

Pours a very clear amber with minimal head. Aroma of cloves, some citrus, spicy yeast and alcohol. Flavor is a little medicine-y and full of alcohol (light banana and citrus as well). Full bodied and creamy, long fruity finish.

Bottle. Pours a bright, orangey-copper body with a creamy off-white head. The aroma is sweet and toffee-like with some cookiesh and caramel malts. Tastes raisiny and quite sweet along with some creamy toffee malts. Alcohol is noticable but I wouldn’t peg it as 16%.

Bottle. Pours a murky reddish amber, with some nice soft fizzy half-inch creamy head that subsides quickly. Lacing is few and far between. Aroma is strong. Pure bubble gum with some banana thrown in for good measure. Flavor is powerful. Bubble gum, banana, clove, apricot, peach. A syrupy drink, with a bitter bite and a smooth finish. Hard to believe this is 16% ABV. A good beer.

Pours a clear copper color. I got a very sweet and slightly spicy palate. Full bodied with caramel malt flavors. Plum and licorice aromas. Red fruit flavors. Reminds me very much of a barley wine. Oh crap this is 16% alcohol too? No sign of that anywhere in the flavor or experience. Thanks to Eithcubes for forwarding this bomber.

Bomber. Pours clear orange-amber with a thin white head. Lots of alcohol in the nose. Zowie. Almost hides the estery qualities, which border on band-aid territory. Medium body, light carbonation. Soft fruit and spice notes in the taste. This one came on the heels of some pretty big beers, and it took my palate a while to shift gears, but this one eventually grew on me.

Bomber. Pours medium brown with bright caramel highlights. Nuclear-powered sugary nose. Super tingly rubbing alcohol right there with it. Medium, somewhat oily body. Mid-palate gets caramelly and stickily sugary sweet, but there’s some spice cutting through it. Thick and heavy long dry finish. They put some effort into this but it’s still way out of balance, even as it warms up and gets a bit more squared away.

22oz bottle, thanks to travisd13. Pors a dark copper color with very, very little head. Strong sweet smells of banana and malt and alcohol. Taste is very sweet and malty with a little bit of that banana fruitiness coming through. Definitely a slow drinker. Thick and syrupy across the palate, very subdued carbonation.
