Sep 25, 2009 Bottle from Ditmeir. Pours a hazy orange wheat color with a thick head. Huge citrus hop aroma, lots of floral notes. Big malt citrus hop taste with a touch of creamy lacto to smooth thing out. Interesting idea to use lacto to balance out the hops.

Sep 24, 2009 22 oz bottle. Hoppy nose, piney, creamy sweetness as well, with some citrus notes in the aroma. Pours golden blonde with a thin white head. Very hoppy, citrusy with pine resin, with a creamy thick mouthfeel, honey malts with hints of caramel and biscuits, very smooth.

Sep 23, 2009 Pours orange, hazy. Nose is WOW! Peaches, apricot, apple, oranges, citrus, sticky pine, sweet toffee and caramel, bubblegum and honey. HUGE mouth feel! Lactose is amazing in IIPA. Flavor is super sweet, boozey, fruit, dank hoppy greatness! Amazing!

Sep 18, 2009 Sampled at the ’09 RBPTE, courtesy of Beerman6686. Nice peach and pineapple hoppy aroma, heavy grass and citrus wiht some average malty character and some toffee. Dark amber cloudy body with spare off-white head. Medium thick body with medium carbonation. Huge hop aroma carries through into the taste, with lots of bitter character and some heavy sweetness to counteract. This is a tasty one.

Sampled from a 22oz bottle courtesy of Andy. Appearance is a hazy brown toned orange with a medium off-white head. Nose and flavors are spiked with honey and mellow stone fruits, mainly peach and some apricots. The lactose doesn’t come through as much as I was expecting but you do get a bit of a milk creaminess in the dry mouth. A nice variant on an IPA.

Sep 12, 2009 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were and left behind a hazy typically carbonated orange colored body. The aroma was hoppy and caramel malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish caramel hop aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of hops and delightful caramel. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Sep 8, 2009 Updated: Sep 12, 2009Dan’s Bachelor Party Extended Weekend Rating #6 of 90. Picked up a few bottles at Wise Guys in Merrillville. Pours hazy bright orange. Nose is mostly fresh citrus hops. The taste has a load of dry hops and a tiny sweet lactose component that melds perfectly. Juicy and yummy. Real good.
