Dec 20, 2005 (Bottle 65 cl) Very dark, clear amber - almost like bourbon - with a tiny, off-white head. Extremely floral hop aroma - you almost don’t need to taste this brew, you can sit for a looong while simply sniffing and enjoying the fantastic aromas. Full-bodied with a shipload of malt and caramel. The aroma hops also leave quite some bitterness, but it’s never overpowering - even for my palate. A truly great brew. 031205

Clear red, small head. Very roasty hop aroma. Sweet and resiny. Softly malty, but still feels light, despite it's gravity. Flowery and citrusy. Syrupy bitter finish.

Jun 30, 2007 RBSG07. From 75 cL bottle. Pours amber. Aroma sweet raisin. Flavour is very sweet malty and raisins. Nice blend going into a decent bitterhops.

Light unclear medium to dark orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, citrus - orange peel, light to moderate yeasty, alcohol. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090905]

Dec 20, 2005 Updated: Feb 25, 2007Bottle. Very strong fresh, spicy hop aroma. Hazy red/brown colour, nice stable light brown head. Flavour is very nice, powerful with some teaishness from the hops. High bitterness, along with the alcohol burning my throat a bit.

Apr 25, 2009 Bottled (thanks jjpm74!). Amber colour, medium beige head. Aroma is caramel, alcohol, some fruity hops and also mild burnt sugar. Flavour is hoppy, grassy, quite sticky. Toffee and some some alcohol. Mild nutyness as well.
