Gentle oatmel smoothness with spicy hoppiness. Sort of a doughy, biscuity aroma. Nothing about this beer really jumped out for me, which I suppose is appropriate for something aiming to be a bitter.

A new Three Floyds brew and on tap only. Has a golden hue with minimal head and some lace. The aroma hints of citrus (orange and lemon, not grapefruit), grassy and floral hops. dusty and earthy yeast esters, toasted malts. The taste displays a smoother bitter tone than any other FFF offering, a nice and welcomed change of pace. Good round balance with sublime malting and tradional earthy undertones. Lively light to medium-bodied brew, clean and crisp. This is a solid session brew and a nice addition to the FFF lineup. A brew you can drink all day. Note: The water has been altered to give the brew a more "English" feel.

clear gold. bitter without the fff grapefruit onslaught, more crisp and floral rather yet still with hints of citrus. pucker up to a bitter long aftertaste. not much else but big drinking. i like it.

Slightly different from the usual Three Floyds MO. The beer is crystal clear with an amber/orange color. The aroma is floral, but not C-hop floral. The beer is light and crisp, very drinkable. Noticable use of English malt and hops, perhaps Fuggles. Teh beer finishes with a round english touch. Good mineral taste throughout as evident in many english style beers. Definately a nice deviation from Floyds.

This English bitter takes on the famous Three Floyds character. Obviously bitter with a hint of Floyd-like hops bite. a great aftertaste makes this a pleasent addition to the Three Floyds line. Can we say imperial american standard?
