Nov 21, 2009 Bomber poured hazy tarnished copper with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, orange zest, light oak and a hint of pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness, orange zest and light pine with a smooth l;ingering moderatly bitter finish.

Nov 13, 2009 65 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA via Chicago. Deep orange tinged golden colour, frothy head. Noticeable carbonation, mingled cereal, sweet caramel and bright citrus aroma. Thick first sip, simultaneously sweet and bitter with a long, dry, alcohol building finish. Fruit and cinnamon bun flavors.

Nov 9, 2009 Bottled. Cloudy orange/amber colour with a small off-white head and bubbly lacing. Big aroma of sweet hops, caramel malt, vanilla, and pineapple. Big ?Piney? hops and citrus in the initial flavour but the malt backbone mellows out the finish. Touch of alcohol lingers.

Nov 6, 2009 Bottle thanks to blutt59. Amber gold with a decent off-white head. Aroma is of hops, fruit, cereal, nuts and malt. Taste is of hops, lots of fruit and bread dough.

Nov 1, 2009 Bottle from the brewery. Very powerful, bready aroma, alcohol, but good balance of malt and hops. Much sweeter than I’d anticipated. Definite orange flavor, lime. Hint of cinnamon which I guess others are perceiving as vanilla. Warming and pleasant. Never had anything like this, which is great. Too bad I only have one.

Oct 28, 2009 Bomber thanks to GCurlow. Pours a hazy dark orange with a thick frothy off white head. Caramel malt, vanilla oakiness and citrusy hop aroma. Taste is slightly thick, bitter citrus hops, thick malty body with a little touch of vanilla oak. Great blending of flavors, really good.

Oct 21, 2009 On tap at DL 09. Pours a deep dark orange color with a large billowing off white head. Big piney citric hop aroma. Lots of fresh musky hops with a nice sweet caramel and bready toastiness. Flavor is again very piney and earthy floral hops with that big citric character. Finishes crisp with a lingering piney bitterness. Medium fuller body. Not really too english with those big pine citric aspects but tasty nonetheless.
