Apr 20, 2005 Bottled. Clear ruby, brief head. Rich lychee aroma. Light to medium bodied with very clean mouthfeel. Some crystal malt flavour beneath a fluffy blanket of aromatic hops. Bitter, yet aromatic finish. Nice, but one-dimensional.

Apr 7, 2005 Brigh amber-red colour. Massive, one-dimensional amarillo aroma has my yawning. Sweet, warming body with hints of caramel and some well-extracted malts. Balanced by soft, woody hops. Slightly acidic finish. Despite the overblown dry-hopping, it’s actually a pretty tasty beer.

Apr 10, 2005 (22oz bottle) Clear copper body with small beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some pineapple, caramel, light tangerine. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some pineapple, light caramel. Definitely plenty of hops, but not especially bitter. Watery medium body, some resin. No idea why 3Fs considers this an Irish red -- tastes like an APA, a very good one at that.

Mar 25, 2006 (Bottle) dy Pours a deep amber body with a moderate beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, spruce, breadiness, and toffee. Flavor of hops, caramel, malt, and a touch of cocoa. A bit of chaulkiness in the finish.

Jun 7, 2005 Poured a medium and slightly hazy brownish-red color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of stronger pine, pineapple, oranges and light caramel. Tastes of caramel, toffee, and pine (not as strong as the aroma) and a pineapple finish to it. Nice hoppy character to it.
