Poured from a 22oz Bottle. Fantastic heavy resin aroma just leaps from the glass, giving visions of conifer forests, rosemary, aromatic oils, and citrus sugars. Awesome. Pours orange with super lacing white. Flavor comes as very sprucey, and warm. There’s that fantastic amalgamation into a warm, bready pine and unique grasses. Heavy on the dripping, resinous freshness. Some esters and yeast notes keep it alive and lend to the complexity. Malt has a good play to keep it in balance. And the hops don’t get overly bitter, which makes this beer such a winner for me. If you can build such tremendously complex and detailed hop flavor through utilization without turning it into a metallic, planty mess, it wins and that’s that’s why this beer is so nice. A fantastic, fresh IPA. Thanks for sharing this beer Sean!

Pours a clear copper with a 2 finger foamy white head and plenty of sticky lacing.Resiny, pine, citrus and tropical fruit with a touch of caramel in the background. Similar to aroma. Resiny pine, citrus, tropical fruit and grassy hop flavor with some sweet caramel and biscuit in the background. Good bitterness but still nicely balanced. Medium body with a bit of oily slickness and a slight bitterness that lingers.

22oz bottle. Copper color and clear. Light carbonation and a wisp of head. Great big fresh hop aroma that has pine and grassy notes. Just a touch of sweetness too. Very good flavor. Fresh hops with pine and hint of citrus peal and touch of earthiness. Jut a touch of grain sweetness for all the hops to play over. Semi-dry mouth feel with a medium body. These “wet hop” brews are quite good in that these is a solid amount of hops but they are in no way harsh, just clean bitterness.

22 oz. bottle, special delivery from drewbeerme - thanks man! Pours clear deep copper with a moderate off-white head and spotty lace. Predominantly hoppy aroma with a nice toasty malt nose as well, light summeer fruits, floral hops and a spritz of orange peel. Grainy malts, nice hop flavors, floral and herby, with hints of citrus, a bit of resin in the finish and aftertaste. Mediu body gently tingly carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of pantanap (thanks!). Pours reddish orange with little to no head. Aroma is slightly abrasive grapefruit and piney hops. Taste is very bitter with some malt in the background. Palate is mediocre, nothing special. Finish is very bitter. I was expecting more from this one. Oh well.

Bottle shared by MaxxDaddy. Astringent grapefruit and pineapple aroma with a touch of crystal malts. Auburn pour with little head. Overly bitter flavor with muddy malts. Another boring 3F beer, if you ask me, more akin to an amber than an IPA. Really nothing special, certainly not 99th percentile.

Bottle at argo0’s xmas party, thanks BBB63! Pours golden brown, with a medium white head. Very hoppy (big surprise!), and malty in nose. Flavor is similar, bread, grain, and alcohol in aftertaste. Very good beer.
