| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 10, 2009 Appearance: Pours a cloudy peach with a creamy looking off white head.
Aroma: Orange, grapefruit, mango, peach, and sweet sugary malts.
Taste: A layer of sweet caramel malt, gummy orange slices (candy) up front. Ends with some spicy citrusy bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Sticky and creamy.
Overall: Even not being super fresh, this beer rocks big time. Similar to other 3F beers I’ve had. Great profile. afireinside96 (837), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 5, 2009 Pours hazy amber with a very thin head. Smelled of caramel, grapefruit, and cheese. The flavor was mostly nuts and caramel with a touch of grapefruit. Not a whole lot of hop character but then again I think the bottle was nearly a year old. Had a mild bitterness and remained dry throughout. Carbonation was low and the body was on the thin side. Not very impressed. BeerGestapo (740), Windsor, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours orange / amber in color with a thin white head that dissipates in time. Aroma of malts, grass, musty cheese and mild hops. Taste of caramel, malts, very mild hops and some grains. Mouthfeel was kind of flat, thin body and some lingering dryness at the finish. Drinkable, but not very exciting !!! awiseman01 (362), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 14, 2009 Bottle from Crown. Pours cloudy, murky, dark brown/orange. Good amount of malt on the nose, beating out the hop that’s there as well. Flavor is smooth nutty malt with a noticeable hop background. Pretty strong, heavy, full flavor. So ’heavy’ that it misses the ’refreshing’ aspect I’ve gotten from other Harvest Ales...maybe better fresh, I believe this was a year old. Still, worth a try. doubelknv3 (568), Illinois, USA

Pine, mild caramel malts, and fruit flavours. Full bodied, tart, with lasting bitter finish. neepsntatties (330), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 7, 2009 Got to try a bottle of this last night thanks to "hannont" who brought some to my house last night. Colour... golden-orange with a thin off-white head. Nose... resinously piney hops with grapefruit to boot! Palate... woof! Initially a burst of sultry hops with sugar pine pitch and grapefruit zest, then a sweet coating of malt and a delightfully loooooooong finish! SuzyGreenberg (1368), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 3, 2009 Pours a deep orange golden with a white lace. Aromas of candied sugar and some resinous hops. Pretty thick on the tongue, lots of caramel malts, very malty and not much hops. It would be nice with indian or spicy food, but was too unbalanced to me to be enjoyed by itself. Would like to try it freshly bottled.
