Nothing really stands out about this Koelsch, other than it is a good representation of the style. Light in color, nice smell of the yeast and hops. Very drinkable with a Koelsch tang.

Not a big fan of the kolach but this wasn’t bad. Bready and malty. Not too bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Golden pour with nice white head. Doughy, fruity aroma with some floral hops. Mild hoppiness, light flavor with lots of fruitiness. Light and effervescent on the palate. The kind of Kolsch that doesn’t suck. Of course Three Floyds made it.

Draught at the brewpub. Golden with a thin white head that leaves clumpy lacing. Nice floral bouquet on this with a light malt presenced. Flavor is light with a mild floral hoppy finish. Thin with a mild lingeriing bitterness.

Imperial pint draft at the brewpub. Easy drinking and smooth, the session light beer. Rather well done Kolsch actually, leaning more to the malty side of the spectrum. Filtered orange-tan color. Fresh malt and hop aroma. Refreshingly well done.

Had on tap a couple of days ago. Good for a Kolsch, disappointing for FFF. The moment I tried this, I said to myself "This is not Three Floyds material." A good beer, but if there’s other FFF to choose, this one should be put aside.

On tap at the brewpub: Slightly cloudy and yellow in color with a thin white head. The aromas and flavors were on the soft side lacking the typical FFF concentration.

On tap at brewpub. I haven’t had many kolsches but I think this is the best so far. Slightly hazy yellow, small white head. Doughy yeast aroma. Basically sweet and smooth. One of the lighter brews from these guys but still good.
