bottle, I was not impressed by this at all. I thought it was incredibly bland and do not think it belongs in the top 50, I was also not at all blown away by the supposed huge amount of hops.I got mainly malty taste with a bit of hops, I’m not sure if I got a bad bottle or this beer is just very overrated. I would like to try again to see if my opinion stillt stands but as of now I would not buy this again

Probably my favorite beer from FFF. Unbelieveable hops taste just hits you from the first sip to the aftertaste. Citrusy taste with the bitterness of an IPA but not overpowering in the least bit. This one manages to take every IPA taste out there and put it all in one beer without over-emphazising any one taste. Somehow FFF manages to get their typical brewery taste into this one in full force.

650ml bottle from Secret Santa (sprinkle), Pours a translucent copper color with a small quickly diminishing off-white head. The aroma is classic IPA with citrus and pine. The flavor is biter hops forward with caramel and pine filling in the sides nicely. The alcohol is well hidden. The mouthfeel is full, malty and a bit syrupy. The finish is medium in duration with lingering hops and caramel. Overall: A very fine IPA/DIPA, but not better than fresh stuff from Ballast Point, Alesmith or Coronado. Still I’m quite grateful for the chance to drink a bottle, thanks mike.

The best Double IPA PERIOD!!! Pours a very faint yellow with a very tiny head. Aroma of extreme hops and earthly tones. The flavor rushes in with some of the best hops I have ever tasted.

Thank you Mikkel for serving this hoppy bastard. First of all i want to give my respect to those guys who are making the labels for Three Floyds - You are doing a fantastic job... Bottle 75 cl. Pours all yellow moisty body with a fine thin white head. What a aroma..soooo hoppy with traces of fruity tee and winegums. The palate is so agressive with an overwhelming and expanding nature with a tickeling finish. In the flavour i taste dry and bitter flowering hops, fields of blooming flowers and som rusty iron. The finish is very bitter and the hoppy bitterness will stay in your throat for a long time.
