Pours a pretty unappetizing piss yellow but I will cut them some slack for style representation. Toasted grain flavors and big malt body for the style. Light wheat and baked bread aromas. Finish is sort of sweet. Went well with my grilled pork chop.

Bottle via brewblack hole. Golden color. Smell of bread, yeast, hops, citrus and minor flowers. Tastes the same. Wish they over hopped this beer like they do with most of their brews.

Pale yellow body with a large fluffy white head. The aroma is musky perfume with some grass. The taste has some light grassy notes and sweet apples. A long lingering finish. Decent, but a little sweet.

Graduation weekend in Bloomington. Three Floyds Gorch Fock Helles is a hazy/cloudy light yellow color with a small white head and a lot of carbonation. The flavor and aroma are a bit stale as the beer is a nice light lager with a clean and bready aroma. I could drink many of these in a row!

Hazy pale yellow pour with medium white head. Aroma is pilsner malt, some stinkiness, noble hops, minor lemon. Flavor is somewhat estery, soured malt, somewhat skunky. Medium body... meh!

Pours light yellow with a small fizzy head. Sour apple aroma, herbal, and a little bit grassy and bready. Sweet and juicy, seems like the malts are similar to this years Rabbid Rabbit. Some bubblegum and apples. The hops really make this an odd Helles. Average body, crisp.

OK Helles. Light yellow pour with minimal head. Aroma of wheat, bready and maybe a little banana. Taste is malty but not much body. a little watery. Not one of FFF’s best efforts.

Bottle.Small white head that quickly dissipated, virtually no lacing, transparent, carbonation noted, and a yellow hue. Nose was malt, sweet, and not much hops, and some honey.Ditto for the flavor.Smooth mouthfeel and medium in body.Quaffable, very easy to drink; almost too easy, balanced, and a 3F beer that’s not over-the-top hops? What’s this?Hmmm. They can brew and do brew a beer that’s not over-the-top hops! Thanks 3F!!
