On tap at FFF, it poured a light red with a small head. Had a sweet banana bread taste to it. Very good beer and one I will drink again.

Light and crisp with a fine white head. Nice malt backdrop to the typical 3F’s hop presentation. A bit on the bitter side that will play out well as the warm months approach.

750 mL Bottle - I was shocked by the low ratings. This classic style is perfect with a biscuit yeast aroma and crisp perfectly hopped flavor. A beer I could drink everyday and never tire of.

22 oz bottle. Pours a nice light golden color with a small white head. Aroma of hops, malt and bread dough. The taste is crisp with a light citrus and wheat overtone. Light, dry and refreshing. Extremely smooth and easy to drink. Has a slight hop bittterness in the tasty finish. Very nice and I guess I am a little surprised that there aren’t more higher ratings of this beer than there are.

GTM. Dry lager aroma with some bitterness evident. Huge, white head. Gold in color. Bitter afterbite. Very nice palate. Smooth. A great example of the style.

Growler from Munster: hazed gold with a modest ivory foam. Streams of bubbles cling to bottom of the glass and rise through as I set it down…fluffy white lace forms quickly. Fresh & sweet sappy hop aromatics, anticipation is that this would be too much, but I would suggest a strong pale malt presence that actually offers balance, that’s right balance to the aroma of a 3Floyds brew! Outrageously crisp palate, tinglingly bitter with a nice malted sweetness. Refreshing and tasty, I hope they keep this one around for the warmer summer months.

Poors a yellowish gold with thin cream-colored head. Strong helles aroma with hops present. flavor very true to style. Traditional 3F hop presence but not overdone. Great lager effort from the king of ales!

22oz Bottle. Bright, pilsner malt, toasted with some wheat sugar and a lot of fresh bright grain. Vibrant and grassy. Pours a clear deep gold, with no head. Foamy, fresh pilsner malt character, with just a bit of chewy malt sugars, and some fluffy hop sugar. Light, airy and beautiful. A good mingling of malt, yeast and light hop sugar. Really fresh, nice malt character. A solid Helles.
