daknole (2805), Plantation, Florida, USA Aug 5, 2008 bottle, hell yes!! a beauty of a golden color with a very small white head. aroma is hop heaven and maybe some fruit, banana or apple? flavor is wovenly so beautifully between citrus hops and malt. flavor is just so damn juicy. i could drink this all day every day if i had to. wow. MakeItDrinkIt (66), Portland, Oregon, USA Aug 4, 2008 Crystal clear deep golden hue with a thin white head. Aroma is all hops, and nothing but the hops! Big amarillo citrus punch in the nose. Flavor is decidedly delicious. Big malty backbone - almost rich honey flavors - thn a big lemon zest fresh citrus finish - but not tart. A fine beer - well balanced while stilll giving us a great amarillo profile. sleestak (180), Williamston, Michigan, USA Aug 3, 2008 Bottle. The pour is straw colored and so clear you can read a newspaper through your pint glass. (What a nerdy coatings chemist like myself might call a "10 haze".) The thin white head is not long for this world, but leaves behind thin lacing on the glass. Nose is grass and bubblegum with a surprising amount of citrus hop aroma. Taste follows that template, and ends with a crisp, slightly bitter finish. Easily one of the most refreshing, drinkable summer beers available. hogan873 (317), Joliet, Illinois, USA Aug 1, 2008 Straw-colored with a fine white head. Powerful aroma of banana, bubblegum, and spice. Lively and spicy on the palate. Leads to a very tasty wheat beer. Malt, yeast, bubblegum, and pepper. Slightly bitter aftertaste. A delicious wheat beer. Collint (452), Sylva, North Carolina, USA Jul 30, 2008 Bottle from out west! Pours a gold beer with a thin head. Arom is hoppy suprisingly for a wheat. Flavor is citrusy and oily. A little bitter. Not what expected, but it is still damn good! Dangle (31), Cullowhee, North Carolina, USA Jul 30, 2008 This is the best wheat beer i have had yet. It was Bottled. Not much head. Fruity aroma, lemon and love. and taste is fruity too. it is very crisp and refreshing. Holler at your boy. TikiE (360), Sylva, North Carolina, USA Jul 30, 2008 Bottled: Pours a gold color with small white lacing. Smells of sweet citrus and pine. This beer tastes amazing with a fruity taste with hints of wheat and malt. The best Wheat Ale I have ever had! Jwasciuk (194), Lowell, Michigan, USA Jul 27, 2008 pours murkey medium yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma is lighty malty of grain, heavily hoppy of pine and lemon and lime moderatly yeasty leather? and bubblegum. Flavor has a great balance with some grapefrit / citrus but not overdone. Finish is the same but a bit more bitter, clean and refreshing. light bodied on the watery side with lively carbonation. Nice.
