Aroma of fruit and hops. Tastes of citrus fruits like lemons orange and peaches, with a nice bitter hop finish. This is the first FFF beer I have tried and it has certainly lived up to the hype. Outstanding and by far my favorite wheat beer PilsnerPeter (2612), Flushing, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 30, 2008 Bottle Thanks to hopscotch: (All the people who thanked me for this bottle should thank him as well) Hazy golden with white head. Extremely hoppy aroma for a Wheat beer. Full of mango, orange marmalade and peach. Yowza! Very creamy texture. Fruity and hoppy flavor. Not much indication of wheat malt in the mash. Full of tropical fruits (mango, peach) and a smooth mildly bitter finish. Extremely hoppy for a wheat ale, but not much else to say about it than that. Overrated, slightly. yobdoog (1431), Woodridge NY, New York, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 30, 2008 I have had before but not rated. Thanks pilsnerpeter for bringing. Aroma of sweet amlts and some sour citrus and grapefruit. Maybe some orange and lemon zest as well. Taste a lot more grapefruit and wheat. Some bread and yeast help the nice body too. Nice. guyinchicago (526), marengo, Illinois, USA

| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 29, 2008 Hands down the best wheat beer out there. This has some body and a kick to it, and remains very balanced. Complex graininess that has a cool feel to it that wheat beers have - but this makes all the others seem watered down. tomthompson89 (1471), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma is loaded with mango, apricot, and other tropical fruits. Flavour is zesty and fruity with lots of fresh wheaty malts. Lemon and lemongrass flavour. Nice enough brew, but I wasn’t blown away. illidurit (876), Santa Cruz, California, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Jan 26, 2008 Updated: Jan 15, 2009Poured into a weizen glass, the beer is a cloudy apple juice color with a 1 finger off white head. Modest lacing.
Floral hops tickle the nose, along with pleasantly sweet grain aromas.
Very interesting take on a wheat beer here; floral and piney hops dance with banana phenols and vanilla notes atop a stage built from sweet malt and wheat smoothness. Grapefruit, lemon zest, a little spice and everything is indeed nice. What complexity!
Perfect mouthfeel. Exemplary carbonation, extremely smooth, with a nice drying finish from all those Amarillo hops.
Low alcohol, incredible smoothness, refreshing qualities, and balanced flavors make this beer supremely drinkable.
