| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 12, 2007 Bottle. Pours an deep golden body with huge head, in fact it took me forever to empty out the contents of the bottle. Aroma was very pleasant, very floral smell. Flavor was nice, very hoppy for the style, heavy bitterness. While this is a good beer, it’s not one I would grab again. It seems to have an ever changing taste and feel to it. It’s feels like it is a step or two away from being great. Sparky27 (1596), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 23, 2006 From a 22oz. bomber bottle with the distinctive Three Floyds label with a map to the brewery on the lower right side of label, summer 2006 version. Made a good appearance, poured a cloudy golden hued orange with a foamy white that settled into a thin, bubbly lacing, moderate carbonation overall. Had a amarillo hops nose, citric grapefruity and orangey with just a light wheat maltiness at the edges. A crisp, smooth medium bodied mouth feel, very good drinkability. Big hop taste upfront, grapefruity, zesty and a delicious orangey, sharp, but rolling bitterness on the tongue, a crisp sweet wheat malty backbone with the distinctive Three Floyds yeastiness and a crisp and bitter citric fruity and malty finish.
The perversion of the pale wheat ale that you expect from Three Floyds, original, tasty and quite quaffable.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jul 7, 2006 Pours light golden with a thin foamy white head. Aroma of metallic, grassy hops and mushrooms. Taste is soapy and surprisingly hoppy. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and slightly sticky with soft carbonation. Older bottle from 2005. Does not keep well. Disappointing. Will retry at the brewpub.
